Supporting the families and staff on the Neonatal Unit at King's Mill Hospital and the Special Care Baby Unit at Bassetlaw Hospital.
Today is Kangaroo Care Day and to celebrate, we have given every baby on the units at Kings Mill and Bassetlaw a book! We love to see a baby having skin-to-skin cuddles when we visit the units - why not share the love and post your pictures of Kangaroo Care below!
Time for another trip to Bassetlaw! We are delighted with how our expansion of support to the Special Care Baby Unit at Bassetlaw is going. The feedback from the staff and families is really positive. Stocking up their Welcome Packs, Toiletry bags and Snack Station today as well as biscuits for the Parent Group. We’d love to know if any of the families have found us on Social Media yet, so please do pop a comment below if you are a Bassetlaw family!
With just a week to go until our Italian Night, tickets are almost sold out and you only have until Wednesday at 12noon to secure yours! Don't delay - book today!
Ahead of our Italian Dinner at Rossini's on Sunday 11th May, we are looking for raffle prizes, so if you work for an business or know someone who can donate an attractive prize, please do get in touch! Thank you!
What a fabulous morning! Met with representatives from NEMS who have donated £2500 to us, and then a visit from the fabulous Maria Kirkham who has donated 13 Kings Mill Farm vouchers from her recent fundraising! We are so grateful to you all - thank you!
In 2 weeks' time, we will be enjoying our first Italian Night at Rossini's Restaurant in Mansfield Woodhouse. Tickets are on sale now but must be purchased before 12noon on 7th May to enable us to pre-order the food. Buy now to avoid missing out!
Tickets are now on sale for our next fundraiser - an Italian meal at Rossini's Restaurant in Mansfield Woodhouse. Sunday 11th May 7:15 for 7:30pm. Tickets are £25 and include a 2-course meal. They are available through our on-line shop or by e-mailing admin@emilyharrisfoundation.org. We look forward to seeing you there!
Thank you to all our supporters who enable us to provide so much to families - today the babies all received a gift bag for Easter and it was especially lovely to be sharing the love with the families at Bassetlaw this time!
