Rugby World Cup Predictor Competition 2025

After the excitement of Euro 2025 and the close fought predictor competition (well done to Tate who won on the final day!), it’s now the turn of the Rugby fans to get involved.  With just a week to go until the Women’s Rugby World Cup begins, it’s time to enter our predictor competition where you can add a bit more excitement to the competition with a chance of winning a prize!  No knowledge of rugby is required – all you need to know is on the entry form which you can download here – Rugby World Cup 2025 Predictor.  Entries cost £2 and both the entry fee and the entry form must be with us by 7pm on Friday 22nd August to be entered.  Thank you and good luck!

Quiz & Music Night – Tickets Now On Sale!

Tickets are now on sale for our next event which will be a Quiz Night with live Music from the Red Hot Band.  This will be a great night for all the family, with ticket prices including a chip cob!  Happening at Abbey Primary School, there is plenty of parking, you can bring your own alcohol and we will be selling hot and cold soft drinks and snacks.  Join us for a fun night whilst raising money for a good cause!  Buy your tickets by contacting us on admin@emilyharrisfoundation.org or visiting our on-line shop.

Euro 2025 Predictor Competition

It’s that time of year again – Predictor Time! As the Lionesses seek to retain their title at Euro 2025, we are giving you the opportunity to enter our prediction competition. No knowledge of football is required! £2 per entry and there will be a prize for the winner. Italian Charity Dinner – Sunday 11th May – Tickets on Sale!

Tickets are now on sale for our next fundraiser – an Italian meal at Rossini’s Restaurant in Mansfield Woodhouse. Sunday 11th May 7:15 for 7:30pm. Tickets are £25 and include a 2-course meal. We’ve Expanded!

We are delighted to announce that from April 2025, we will be supporting the families and staff at Bassetlaw Special Care Baby Unit in Worksop, alongside our continued support of King’s Mill Neonatal Unit in Mansfield. This is an exciting step for the charity as we seek to make life a little easier for more families finding themselves with a baby or babies needing additional support after birth. Our Foundation Manager, Clare, has been meeting with the staff at Bassetlaw for a few weeks and they are excited to be working with us and receiving our support. Clare took the first batch of Welcome Packs, Sibling Boxes, Snacks and other goodies this week and we look forward to finding more ways to offer our help. Thank you to all our generous supporters who have enabled us to grow in this way.

Race Night – Saturday 16th November 2024

Tickets are now on sale for our next Race Night which is taking place on Saturday 16th November 2024 at Abbey Primary School, Forest Town, Mansfield. Doors open at 6:30pm with the first race at 7pm. Tickets are priced £6 for adults and £3 for children and include your choice of Hot Dog or Burger (dietary needs can be catered for). Ahead of the Race Night, we are also looking for businesses and/or individuals to sponsor the races. Sponsorship costs £30 and we will advertise your business/event on the night, in the programme and by putting literature on the tables. We will also be selling the horses in advance for £3 each – with a prize for the winning horse owner in each race! Coffee Morning – Teversal – Saturday 12th October 2024

We are hosting another Coffee Morning at Teversal Village Hall on Saturday 12th October from 10:30 until 12 and all are invited. We will be selling refreshments, have a bric-a-brac stall and will have all our merchandise, including our brand new range of Christmas Cards! We look forward to seeing you there!

East Midlands Today

We were delighted to receive a visit from Emily Anderson from East Midlands Today who put together a great feature celebrating our milestone of raising over £250,000.  The feature was shown throughout the day on Friday 3rd February.  If you missed it, you can view the evening showing here!
